Bonjour,

c'est surement un problème de pilote/drivers ..

il faut aller voir dans "Gestionnaire de périphériques", supprimer le pilote qui pose problème

et refaire détecter l'interface en la branchant sur un port USB différent.

J'utilise ddt4all avec l'interface OBDLink SX Rouge et ça fonctionne bien.
