Add license.reg file into Registry
1) Start EST8.2 installation
If you already have installed EST, then delete folder C:\PCST
Also delete all activators\emulators for old versions of EST
2) run EST_8.4 activator with admin rights (Click right button on exe file and select "Run as Admin")
Every time when you will see message window (with picture) about misssing dongle key during EST installation process, press button "Patch" in activator and resume EST installation
You must press "Patch" button 2 times during installation process
If you will see message window (without picture) about missing dongle key third time, just press Cancel
3) Install Diagnostic Procedures if you need them. Also use Activator during installation them
4) Install EST 8.3 Update. Also use "Patch" button in activator every time when you will see message (with picture) about missing dongle key.
5) Install EST 8.4 Update. Also use "Patch" button in activator every time when you will see message (with picture) about missing dongle key.
6) Install all updates for EST 8.4 - EST8300Up1,2....if you have them
7) Press button "Activate 8.4" in activator
