1. use old Sops Editor tool and instal XmlEditor from zip file
2. decrypt sops file
3. with XmlEditor change parametr MajorVersion- one number higher and save (see jpg)
4. encrypt to sops file and upload to the vehicle
5. make programming of spare parts
