TCM Reflash
Instruction:
1. Install Allison TCM Reflash
2. DO NOT RESTART
3. Run Allison TCM Reflash
4. Click Cancel
5. Run winrw32.exe (winrw32.exe is in C-Program Files-Allison Transmission-Allison TCM Reflash (PCCS) folder)
6. Confirm "key ability: 10" displayed in lower left corner
7. Close winrw32.exe
8. Open keygrace.ifo with HEX editor
9. Change offset 8 from "0A" to "0F" for key ability 15, or "14" for key ability 20, used for flashing the bootloader
10. Run winrw32.exe and confirm "Key ability 15" is displayed in lower left corner
11. Create desktop shortcut to winrw32.exe
12. Click on Keygrace.ifo properties and check mark read only
If you dont have keygrace.ifo or it's not working at all,
* copy C:\Program Files\Allison Transmission\Allison TCM Reflash (PCCS)\Temp\keygrace.ifo
* to C:\Program Files\Allison Transmission\Allison TCM Reflash (PCCS)\
and then edit it again and it should work.
