No need activation
Disable your antivirus
follow the instructions:
- extract the file "CarTool3.6.rar"
- rename the folder "CarTool3.6" to "CarTool"
- copy the "CarTool" folder to "C:\"
- CarTool.exe has to be located in C:\CarTool (so correct path is C:\CarTool\CarTool.exe)
- Open the file "CarTool.exe"
