Bonjour, dans ce forum il y'a des utilitaires à télécharger pour réparer vous même ce problème , mais c'est pour les versions medianav 4.x.x 6.x.x 7.x.x 8.x.x 9.x.x sur les tutos suivant http://www.autohacking.net/viewtopic.php?f=85&t=66 et https://www.autohacking.net/viewtopic.php?f=85&t=152 , mais pour votre votre version 1.0.13.1 il faut réparer ce problème avec un logiciel de diagnostic comme ddt4all téléchargeable de ce forum + un câble de scan spécialement pour Renault comme exemple obdlinksx voici le tuto https://www.autohacking.net/viewtopic.php?f=85&t=3834
