media nav v4.0.2 stuck on logo
and after activating wince I saw that there was a missing storage card's (invisible all Storage cards)
Please let me know how can I restore storage cards via wince?

Hi, there is no other method apart from formatting with rebuild. try to format it several times until the storage card appears.
if it does not work, install the SD card

How much capacity the sd card needs and which brands?
On the sd must write RGM3_NAND_406.img ,right? With "USB Image Tool 1.72"

it is not essential the name of the image to modify and preferably SD card of 4 or 8. 16go I do not have tests.
do not decompress the extension * .img after download
