Blocking when goes to make fingerprint

Hi

I update my MediaNav to 8.0.5 and next to 9.1.3 and made fingerprints normal until install last.
I update the maps and licenses on 8.0.5 and runs well. Before upgrade to 9.1.3, I put back original maps and licenses for not make problems.
Upgrade 9.1.3 and runs well. This time I put again the last maps and licenses for these, but when I try to make fingerprint unit stops the sound and it was blocking in waiting of first message. I tried to stop from power button of MediaNav and don't stop. I take out the key from car contact and MediaNav still run....
Finally I took out the (+) from battery and MediaNav stops. When connect back everything goes normally.
I try once again to make fingerprint and happen again same story.
Can someone tell me why and how to avoid blocking when create fingerprint?

for fingerprints try to format your usb key into fat 32 or change your usb key
if it works not do not introduce the gps map by medianav toolbox
rather tries to add the gps maps with the manual methods

If I arrived to update twice the firmware and have last updated maps inside running I think is obviously that I use FAT32 format for USB stick.
Anyway I know these basic rules of USB key format FAT32 and rules of iGO.
I update maps and licenses not by Naviextras. I just get inside of system, stop service NNGNavi2.exe from task manager and update manually all necessary for have iGO Europe HERE 2018 Q1 running well (licenses, map, poi, speedcams, userdata, dem, buildings), only few country. Restarting the the unit at end all maps are running well with poi and all others and even buildings. This I done without modifying any system file and I don't have any problems in any normal function of MediaNav.
I didn't complain about maps that are not running. My problem is only the creating of fingerprint in this situation.
I have the feeling that there is some checksum of some parts of system as per licenses for example.
I want to understand were is the problem for create the fingerprint correctly in this situation. I would like also to touch as less possible the original system files.

Finally I find out what was wrong. The Synctool folder was empty and as soon I put back the original files the fingerprint was unlocked.

I used one way to update maps files called Supermodd. I liked because was supposed do not touch any system files. Using TTCMD internal was easy and visual what you are doing. Finslly runs well having also some more tools, but for me was important the maps update free.
Later I have seen also your tools and help me a lot to understand what happen.
I spoke about Storage Card4\NNG\Synctool folder. This is was empty because the update overwrites the folder to put another folder inside Sin with Mortscript for uninstall the application.
Today I study a little bit Mortscript commands and customized the version of this Supermodd for Evolution only to fix the bug and run perfect.
Now I can make fingerprint smooth also with application installed.
